Screen Printing

Screen Printing is a cost-effective means of branding large quantities of garments - ideal for promotional wear and if you are looking for a design to cover a large area.

Screen-printing is a stencil method of printing in which a design is placed on a fine mesh ‘screen’, blank areas are then coated with an impermeable substance before ink is forced through the mesh in the open areas onto the garment surface. For every colour used in the design a separate screen has to be made up and different coloured inks passed through each one in turn.

Embroidery is very durable, yet exclusive means of branding.
Our garment embroidery machines can stitch the most intricate logos, images and monograms onto a range of clothing garments including knitwear and toweling. Using the latest Japanese embroidery machinery we can embroider virtually any item of apparel on any area of the garment.

From polos and shirts, to caps and overalls. If you can think of it, we can probably embroider it. With an array of threads available in a range of colours and finishes we can guarantee you a professional finish that will last the life time of the garment.

All new logo and designs need to be digitised there is a one off fee for this process costing £15, but once your file is digitised we can then offer you a long term cost effective method for branding your garments.

Dye Sublimation

As a process is really very simple. It is the method of applying an image to specially coated ceramics, metals and polyester cloth, using three main ingredients: sublimation ink, heat and pressure.

Sublimation ink is unique in its ability to convert from a solid to a gas without going through a liquid form. The conversion is initiated by heat and controlled with pressure and time.
